I got refunded on launch week because I was experiencing lots of issues and was generally annoyed that Blizzard had released a product in what was effectively a beta state.

Now months have gone by and Im wondering: If I dont care about ranked, ladder, or any shape or form of multiplayer, and only want to do the single player campaigns, is the game now in a suitable, recommendable state I did some digging around online but all people seem to talk about is the multiplayer side, which still has quite a few issues from what Im hearing.

Do you own the classic version You basically have Reforged already if thats the case, minus the new skins.

Wait for a sale in my opinion, if you could wait this long you can wait a bit longer.

What for its the same campaign with a worse for its time game around it.

Its outsourced trash hoping enough paypigs would buy it because it has the brand name on it.

Campaign is functional, just make sure to finish missions in one sitting so a patch doesnt wipe ure save.

The person who cannot make that statement is one who will never learn anything.

If you like RTS, then yes it is definately recommendable as I consider it one of the greatest ones.

If your just doing it for the story than you can just watch a walkthrough on Youtube and save your money.

Well it depends. Can you even buy the old version of the game anymore I assume not.

The new models arent bad at all, but does it justify the price No.

Its literally the only thing aside from the opening cinematic that they changed with reforged.

If youve never played the campaign before and youre the type of player that would rather play through it as opposed to just watching in on youtube, of course its worth it.

The WC3 campaign (either version, because the reforged one isnt different aside from models) is pretty amazing on its own.

And are now asking if its worth buying again.

Tell me. Why would a developer spend more wasted resources on a game they had to give away refunds for to stop it from being a complete PR nightmare Lets be honest, youll buy the game again regardless of peoples opinions in this thread for some of that sweet RTS early 2000s nostalgia.

The campaign was hardly changed at all, despite the advertisements.

Not worth it. If i must guess, fans will make ton better work in reworking campaigns than Blizz devs.
